How to Book this apartment:
Fill in the Enquiry form on the Contact us page and we will email you confirmation of availability and price for your chosen dates. If you are happy to proceed then we will require email confirmation and a £250/300Euro per week deposit to confirm your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before your arrival. A £250/300Euro refundable security deposit is also required when the final balance is due. You can also book by telephone by calling: +44 (0) 7810004441. All Bookings have £75/90Euro Cleaning Fee added to total price.
Check in time is 14.00 and Check out time is 10.30. Check in/out times are flexible but any alteration may incur extra pro-rata charges. Bookings under 7 nights will incur a £75/90Euro charge. We aim to refund the security deposit within 2 weeks of your return less any breakages or damage. Payments are accepted in both Pounds or Euro.
Cancellation charges:
- More than 90 days before your arrival – No charge
- 60-90 days before your arrival – 100% of Deposit
- 30-60 days before your arrival – 65% of Rental Cost
- Less than 30 days – 100% of Rental Cost
Payment can be cheque or Bank Transfer in either Pounds or Euros. We can accept Debit or Credit Card Payments through Paypal.
